I started my career in financial services working as a financial advisor for ING after college, and then went to work for Wells Fargo as a licensed banker. I spent the next 10 years at a large national TPA firm – in multiple roles – including processing, client services and finally as a Senior Retirement Services Consultant. After that, I went to work with another large firm as a Client Relationship Manager. My book of business had a focus on multiple employer plans, but I really wanted to find a firm that had an employee focus.
My position at TBA means I work with onboarding new and current employers to the company. I specifically work with employers who are merging or starting a plan with our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Multiple Employer Plan (MEP) partners. I also facilitate the off-boarding of plans from the platform, and serve as the Client Relationship Manager for the PEO and MEPs.
The ideals and goals that TBA projects, align perfectly with my own; I knew that it would be a perfect fit for me. The care that The Benefit Advantage has for their employees and clients cannot be understated, and is unfortunately not the norm in the industry. I am looking forward to seeing The Benefit Advantage continue to thrive and grow. During our in-person staff meeting, I was able to see everyone in person and hear about where the company has come from and where it is today. It was very inspiring to see, and I look forward to contributing to the continuing growth of the company.
