In my role at TBA, I’m responsible for managing each of our assigned plans and handling the administrative duties that come with them. These include compliance testing, financial reporting, problem-solving and direct client support. Many employee benefit plans have highly technical aspects, but I enjoy the challenge.
Prior to TBA, I worked for a mortgage company where I started as a closer, but eventually moved into underwriting for mortgage approvals. In 2006, I joined TBA because they fit my career goals. It is a great company with a positive workplace atmosphere, that also allows me flexibility. TBA gives me control and freedom in my job to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
I would have to say my happiest memories have always been either team functions or holiday gatherings. It allows all of us to actually see one another when we work remotely on a day-to-day basis.
