My role at TBA includes various responsibilities. As part of our annual service, I manage the client portal and help our clients access their accounts online, prepare and upload the annual census/questionnaires, enter assets, and prepare and upload the final Year-End Reporting and Plan Documents to the client portal. As part of the Distribution and Loan team, I prepare and send terminated participants their distribution packets. I also facilitate requested distributions and loans each day into our systems and to the Pension Administrators for review. 

My work experience has always been in the administrative field. Whether I was working for a large group of people (providing support to as many as 35 people), or as a personal assistant for just one person, I have always been fortunate enough to work for people or companies that allowed flexibility around my kids and family schedules. In fact, at the time when I started working at TBA, I was only seeking a part-time position. As I learned the job, so much more than just assembling binders, my role evolved to full-time, long-term employment.

However, the difference is everyone willingly helps out even if the task isn’t their primary role. I like the people I work with every day, but my happiest memories are from our holiday parties! Kim and Amy come up with the most creative activities or places to go – we never go to the same place twice, and it’s ALWAYS a secret – they keep us guessing every year!
