As a Pension Administrator, I’m responsible for making sure the client’s retirement plan is being
managed correctly, based on the Adoption Agreement and other plan documents. I also
carefully confirm that the plan’s annual Compliance Testing and Form 5500 filings are
completed in accordance with IRS and other regulations. Additionally, I review and approve
participant distributions and loans, and I’m available for clients whenever questions arise.

I began my career in banking with BB&T (now Truist) directly out of college, and after a couple
of operational positions, I was led to the Retirement & Institutional Services Department. I
worked on the Distributions Team for five years before moving into a Plan Administrator role in
2013, where I worked on both the recordkeeping and compliance functions for a book of plans.
I was attracted to TBA because I enjoy the opportunity to provide a customized experience to
retirement plan clients and participants. This personal TBA touch allows our clients to achieve
satisfaction in their retirement planning for their participants. I take pride in knowing that our
daily work helps people achieve their retirement goals, whether large or small.

As a new member of the TBA team, I look forward to becoming more knowledgeable about the
retirement plan industry and utilizing my past experiences to assist clients, participants and my
new teammates.
