As a Pension Administrative Assistant, it’s my role to review employee requests for distributions, loans, QDROs and Hardships. Each plan is unique, but our review procedure allows for efficient processing with structured, individualized attention.
My prior experience includes processing distributions and loans, creating and implementing administrative procedures, training new employees, client communications, census request/review/scrubbing/input, eligibility review, 5500/8955/1099 creation/filing, and funding corrections. Everything but actual testing of a plan!
