My role at TBA involves many different functions and tasks. My primary duty is to perform Quality Review on each completed Binder that we send to our clients. However, I’m also responsible for processing 401(k) contribution deposits to investment companies from payroll reports. Another of my roles is to work with our Multiple Employer plans during the process of participating employers coming into or going out of the PEOs. My job is never boring.  

Before TBA, I was a Payroll and Benefits Manager for a local printing company. And, as luck would have it, Kim was the TPA for their 401(k) Plan at that time. We became friends, and before I knew it I was employee number four after Kim, Roy and Patty. I was also the test case for the “remote” concept which this company utilizes very well.

Mainly, I truly enjoy my job. I believe that working for The Benefit Advantage, Inc. has always been wonderful because of the unique way that we work with our clients and vendors to provide an understandable service and product when it comes to 401(k) plans. As an employer, TBA is the greatest and Kim, Amy and Roy are genuinely caring people. Working with this company and watching it grow to where it is today is awesome.
