“What I appreciate most about my new role with TBA is the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our clients’ financial futures. Working in the retirement industry allows me to assist individuals and organizations in planning for their long-term goals while securing their financial well-being.”
I was drawn to TBA by its fully remote work setup and its reputation for fostering a relaxed and friendly work culture. During the interview process, my recruiter spoke glowingly about TBA, further piquing my interest. Additionally, the longevity of TBA’s success in the 401(k) retirement industry was a compelling factor in my decision to join the company. As part of my responsibilities, I provide comprehensive support to plan administrators and team members by managing various tasks.
After graduating from Texas State University, I embarked on a diverse career journey spanning various fields such as marketing, government, and HR. In 2019, I transitioned to Equitable, where I served as an Internal Operations Specialist, managing participant-related distributions and account maintenance. Following my tenure at Equitable, I delved deeper into the retirement industry, joining another TPA as an Associate Plan Administrator. Here, my passion for retirement services flourished, leading me to pursue and obtain my RPF certification, with aspirations to acquire additional certifications in the future.
As a new member of TBA, I am particularly excited about the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a fully remote work environment. I look forward to immersing myself in TBA’s supportive and collaborative culture, where I can leverage my skills and experience to make meaningful contributions to the company’s success. Additionally, I’m eager to learn from seasoned professionals in the 401(k) retirement industry, and to further develop my expertise in this field.
