As Director of Trust Accounting for TBA, my role is to lead our Trust Accounting team through our annual reconciliation process. Throughout that process, my most important duties include reviewing the work of our trust accountants, and assisting our clients with correcting errors relating to payroll deposits and loan issues.

I enjoy working with numbers, and approach all complex issues as though they’re a puzzle. When all of the pieces come together, and the client fully understands the issue at hand, I deem that a successful day!

Internally, I also serve as the Chairman of the Ownership Thinking Steering Committee, which is a group of TBA employees dedicated to continuous improvement that relies heavily on employee input and involvement.

As far as work experience, I am proud to say that I have been with TBA since I was 16 years old! I stay because TBA is a company that values its employees’ growth while promoting a healthy work/life balance. This balance allows me to be present for my family while still being dedicated to my job.
