My role here at TBA involves performing annual administration services for both defined contribution and defined benefit plans. This service entails communicating with clients on their contribution desires, reviewing eligibility, ensuring that their plan is in compliance, and processing the required tax forms. I’ve thrived in the pension administration industry for more than eight years, with the majority of my experience coming from both the annual administration side and the auditing side. At the start of my career, I worked on processing distributions, loans and annual reports. After gaining more knowledge of the industry and dedicating extensive time to understanding the numerous calculations and compliance tests that plans must go through, I was provided with a book of clients to perform A-Z annual administration for.

As a new member of TBA, I’m looking forward to taking the next steps in this field that I’ve come to love. The team culture of the organization – combined with its collaborative processes – are exactly what I was looking for in my career growth.
