    I was initially attracted to the size of The Benefit Advantage, then quickly impressed by the way this company cares about its employees and its clients. I had been hoping to find a company that treats people with empathy, and believe I’ve found that in TBA. Many companies claim to feel like family, but TBA truly embraces that spirit.

    From 2018 until I joined TBA, I worked in the retirement industry. I started as an Administrative Assistant at a third-party administrator, and soon advanced from the front desk to the Participant Services department. From there I moved to Client Service Administration, where I stayed until the company I worked for was sold. My next job was also in administration, where I worked until finding TBA. I earned my QKA in 2020.

    In my role as a Pension Administrator, I ensure the compliance of retirement plans with current regulations and legislation. I’m responsible for verifying the accuracy of data provided by clients, calculating annual contributions, performing all required testing, and preparing the Form 5500 for filing with the IRS.

    I sincerely appreciate the sense of family at TBA, and the fact that everyone seems to truly care about both their jobs and their associates. Coming from a much larger company, it’s refreshing to experience the genuine sense of community in this organization.
