As a member of the Distribution and Loan team, I notify participants of distributions they may be eligible for, and also work with them on processing their distribution and withdrawal requests. My responsibilities are growing quickly as I expand my knowledge within the team.

I’m new to the retirement services field. Prior to becoming a team member, I was a Registered Vascular Technologist for 15 years. Working in the medical field for so long gave me a lot of customer service experience at a very personal level, and helped to fulfill my need to help others. When I was looking to make a career change, my sister-in-law suggested The Benefit Advantage, since she was already an employee there and loved it. It sounded like the opportunity I was looking for, so I decided to give it a try, and I’ve been extremely happy with my decision.

TBA has been a great choice for me – there are opportunities to learn every day. It’s like working in a little family with my coworkers, who are awesome. The teamwork is incredible. I love that I’m able to help people, and I’m looking forward to learning more and continuing to grow.
