I work directly with participants, employers and advisors, as well as with fund companies – all in the interest of helping participants with their withdrawal needs. Activity on this desk focuses mainly on facilitating Loan and Distribution requests, and I also make sure the requirements of our partner fund companies are met, so that the processing flow remains smooth and efficient. Besides that, I also serve as the official voice behind extension ‘0’, and remain ready to assist those who need direction. 

Customer service has been a significant part of my past work experience, starting with various roles in the hospitality industry, then working with computer manufacturing and service companies. My prior experience spanned a wide variety of functions, such as taking service calls, selling supplies, managing maintenance contracts and later managing a service staff.

And then The Benefit Advantage found me. I was working for a temp agency when TBA offered to give me a permanent spot in this friendly and casual environment. The relaxed setting makes it easy to be effective and productive, and I find that my inner sleuth likes to solve issues that might arise. Of course, finding the solution is the icing on the cake. It’s very gratifying to know that the work I do helps people.
