I’m a very social person, so being a Client Relationship Manager allows me to do that as my job! As the main point of contact for my clients, I have many opportunities to help people understand and enjoy their benefits and rights. Reaching out to clients every quarter – or whenever necessary – fosters good communication and allows me to understand and help meet their benefit needs. The best part of my job is that it’s always changing – with every phone call, I’m reconnecting with people and learning new things. When I can make a client feel better is when I am my happiest.
I’ve been in the customer service industry my entire life. Before joining TBA, I was a hair stylist for 20 years. For the last eight, I was the co-owner of Rusted Roots Salon, where I learned how to be a great team player and business leader. Helping people and interacting with them is something I’ve always loved doing. When it was time to make a career change, I was fortunate enough to find a new home at The Benefit Advantage. Coming from a different industry, what I look forward to the most is continuing to grow as a Client Relationship Manager. Here, I get to use the skills I learned early in my career every day – I get to help people.
The most attractive thing about TBA is the family atmosphere. Everyone knows everyone else and enjoys being around each other. TBA is an incredible team, and I’m really excited to be a part of it!
